The Vine Street Inn (built in 1887) sits on land that was once owned by Jessie James’ uncle, Drury James. It is filled with Queen Anne antiques and offers 3 interior guest rooms (two with their own private bath and one with a private bath around the corner.) The Inn also features a secluded cottage with its own private fenced patio. The Vine Street Inn is located within easy walking distance to the town square of El Paso de Robles and all of its gourmet restaurants, unique shops, and abundant events.

All accommodations have individual A/C units and heaters.

Full breakfast served usually at 9am.
Wine, hors d'oeuvres, coffee, tea at guests' requests.
Innkeeper performs nightly turn down service except in cottage.

Full payment is due at time of reservation. MC, Visa, AMEX & Discover credit cards are accepted.
Cash or a personal check is gladly accepted.

Check-in time is between 3pm and 6pm unless previous arrangements have been made.

Check-out time is 11am. If later check-out is required, please make prior arrangements.

Rates are subject to change.

Two day minimum stay with some exceptions.

If a one night reservation is accepted, there will be an additional $30 room charge.

Our rates are for single or double-occupancy.

There will be a $20 service charge on all cancellations.

We require 2 weeks notice of cancellation in order to receive a refund.
If the cancellation is later than the 2 week notice, a refund will be given only if the room is re-rented.

We cannot refund for early departures.
